  23 P1010311.JPG (C&R).JPG - This is the first run we have done in areas that were affected by the fires. We did not go to the very badly affected but these trees on the right had all been burnt. What was amazing was that many of the trees were already shooting leaves from their trunks. Many Australian native trees can quickly recover from bushfires, unless the fires are very hot. It is great to see the recovery start although I guess there is a long way ahead for many people affected. But people and the Australian bush do recover.
